Even though her mother has moved on since then, Jadis taught herself to be just as independent and at the same time restrain herself from becoming too emotional invested in situations. She resented the Deatheaters greatly due to her father's abandonment and vowed to protect families who had fallen apart from the Deatheaters actions. Being the oldest, Jadis tries to be a good role model for her younger brother and sister by doing her best in school and always putting her family first. After the Second Wizarding War and graduation of Hogwarts, she decided to join the Aurors and became Auror-in-training.
